在生产过程中,如果彩涂板发生风机故障,则应根据彩涂板风机的工作性质不同,采取不同应急措施。具体如下

(1)循环风机。当彩涂板循环风机发生故障而无法工作时,0.4厚海蓝色单层彩应迅速关闭该区燃烧机和循环风道阀门,同时当介质温度大于250℃时,还需要采取手动盘车方式转动风机叶轮,以避免风机损坏。另外,由于该区无法工作,所以固化炉应采取降速操作或调整各区设定温度,以保证涂层的固化质量。

(2)补新风风机。当彩涂板补新风风机发生故障而无法工作时,固化炉内的可燃气体浓度会升高,此时应迅速打开涂机涂头停止涂敷。待补新风风机恢复工作后,才可进行涂敷操作。同时为了保护新风换热器,应迅速关闭焚烧炉燃烧机或将焚烧炉设定温度调低。

(3)排废气风机。当彩涂板排废气风机发生故障而无法工作时,固化炉炉压将变为正压,炉气将向车间溢出污染操作环境,此时应迅速关闭补风风机、焚烧炉燃烧机和焚烧炉排烟阀门,以避免废气预热器和补新风预热器被焚烧炉高温烟气烧坏。

(4)排烟风机。当彩涂板排烟风机发生故障而无法工作时,焚烧炉炉压将变为正压,此时固化炉炉压也将受到一定影响而升高,此时如能短时间处理好故障,则应调低固化炉炉温和机组速度,在确保固化炉炉压为负的前提下降速降温运行,此时焚烧炉仍继续运行,确保废气的焚烧。如果不能短时间处理好,最好停产处理,待事故处理好后再恢复生产。

(2) Fresh air blower. When the fresh air blower fails and cannot work, the concentration of combustible gas in the curing furnace will increase. At this time, the coating head of the coating machine should be swiftly opened to stop coating. After the fresh air blower is restored to work, the coating operation can be carried out. At the same time, in order to protect the fresh air heat exchanger, the burner of the incinerator should be swiftly shut down or the set temperature of the incinerator should be lowered.
 
 
(3) Exhaust fan. When the exhaust fan fails to work, the pressure of the solidification furnace will change to positive pressure, and the furnace gas will spill over to the workshop to pollute the operating environment. At this time, the supplementary fan, the burner and the exhaust valve of the incinerator should be swiftly closed to avoid the burning of the exhaust gas preheater and the supplementary fresh air preheater by the high temperature flue gas of the incinerator.
 
 
(4) smoke exhaust fan. When the exhaust fan fails to work, the pressure of the incinerator will change to positive pressure, and the pressure of the solidification furnace will also be affected and increased. If the failure can be handled in a short time, the temperature of the solidification furnace and the speed of the unit should be lowered, and the speed of the unit should be lowered while the pressure of the solidification furnace is negative. The furnace continues to operate to ensure the incineration of waste gases. If it can't be handled in a short time, it's better to stop production and resume production after the accident has been handled.
