Specific solution: remove the foreign matter on the surface of the roller and adjust the squeezing roller or bearing. 

4. The s roll is scratched, and the defect is located at the front and back of the steel plate. The main cause of the problem is that there are foreign matters on the surface of the roller, and the tension difference between the furnace body and the outlet looper is too large, resulting in s-roll slipping. Specific solution: remove the foreign matters on the surface of the roller and adjust the tension control between the outlet loop and the furnace.
