彩涂卷初涂机的主要作用是什么? 

现代国内外的彩涂机组对于带材的涂层施工，基本上都采用两次涂层和两次烘干的过程，即两涂两烘工艺，其中用于底漆(即涂敷于钢带表面的第一层漆膜)施工的涂机被称作初涂机。

一般来说，底涂层的厚度都比较薄，因此初涂机的底涂头和面涂头均采用二辑式涂头布置。另外影响到涂层表面质量的因素中，主要有涂料的黏度、稀释剂的比例以及湿膜的厚度，其中对涂机来说，通过调整涂头各辊之间、涂敷辊与支撑辊之间的辊缝压力，可以控制涂层的湿膜厚度。
