腐蚀老化对彩钢板的影响汇总

照明
彩涂板光(特别是紫外线)是造成涂层老化的主要原因之一。彩涂板在使用过程中通常会受到光线的影响。因此,光照强度和光照时间是分析环境腐蚀性时需要考虑的重要因素。

温度
温度过高、过低或长期温差过大都会加速涂层的老化。
化学的
彩涂板在使用过程中,应避免与酸、碱、有机溶剂、洗涤剂、洗涤剂等化学物质直接接触,以免涂层腐蚀。
沉积
工业粉尘、悬浮颗粒等物质长期沉积在涂层表面,容易导致涂层老化。
