马钢彩钢板聚酯（PE，聚酯）
聚乙烯涂料对材料有很好的附着力，彩涂钢板容易加工成型，价格便宜，产品多，而且氟碳大壁灰彩钢板有着广泛的色泽选择。在一般环境的直接暴露下，其防腐寿命可长达7-8年，但在工业环境或污染严重的地区，其使用寿命会相对降低，但聚酯涂料的抗紫外线和抗粉化性能并不理想。所以聚乙烯涂料的使用还需要一定的限制，一般用于大气污染不严重。需要多次成型和加工的区域或产品。
马钢彩钢板有机硅改性聚酯

由于聚酯中含有活性基团oh/-cooh，容易与其他大分子和化合物发生反应。为了提高聚乙烯的耐晒性和抗粉化性，采用具有优良保色性和耐热性的有机硅树脂进行变性反应，使聚乙烯的变性率在5%～50%之间。SMP钢板具有较好的耐久性，其耐腐蚀性能可达10-12年。当然，其价格高于聚乙烯，但由于硅酮树脂对材料的附着力和加工成型性不理想，SMP彩涂钢板不适合多次成型加工的场合，多用于建筑屋面和外墙。

Polyester (PE, Polyester)
PE coating has good adhesion to material, color coated steel sheet is easy to process and shape, cheap and many products, and there is a wide choice of color and luster of fluorocarbon large wall grey color steel sheet. Under the direct exposure of general environment, its anti-corrosion life can be as long as 7-8 years, but in the industrial environment or seriously polluted areas, its service life will be relatively reduced, but the anti-ultraviolet and anti-powdering properties of polyester coatings are not ideal, so the use of PE coatings still needs some restrictions, generally used in air pollution is not serious. Areas or products requiring multiple moulding and processing.
Silicone Mobified Polyester
Because polyester contains active group-OH/-COOH, it is easy to react with other macromolecule and compound. In order to improve the sunshine resistance and pulverization resistance of PE, silicone resin with excellent color retention and heat resistance is used as denaturation reaction, and the denaturation ratio of PE is between 5% and 50%. SMP provides steel plate with better durability, and its corrosion resistance can be up to 10-12 years. Of course, its price is higher than PE, but because of the unsatisfactory adhesion of Silicone resin to material and processing formability, SMP color coated steel plate is not suitable for the occasion of multiple forming processing, mostly used for building roofs and exterior walls.
