SMM网消息:近日,鞍钢为第四代核电站600MW示范快堆项目研制成功316H奥氏体不锈钢产品,并完成第一批合同供货,从零开始解决了产品“卡脖子”问题。彩钢报价鞍钢已成为世界上唯一一家完全依靠自身设备生产这种产品的公司。随着世界经济发展和环境恶化的压力,核电的建设和利用已成为未来10-20年的重点。中国在核电的发展和建设方面取得了很大进展。第三代核电技术达到世界先进水平,第四代核电技术达到国际领先水平。其中,第四代核电600MW示范快堆项目引领行业发展,


代表核电发展方向,具有极其重要的战略意义。作为示范快堆,本项目的安全要求彩钢报价非常严格,关键设备主要采用316H奥氏体不锈钢。然而,在综合性能和组织方面,它与传统的316H奥氏体不锈钢有很大的不同,特别是在铁素体、晶粒尺寸、晶间腐蚀、钢板头尾性能均匀性等方面的要求几乎苛刻。因此,在材料招标过程中,国外老品牌核电不锈钢生产企业望而却步,认为材料设计不合理,拒绝投标。316H奥氏体不锈钢已成为核电设备的“颈部”材料。2019年1月1日,鞍钢集团有关领导组织召开316H奥氏体不锈钢生产动员会,确定316H奥氏体不锈钢发展为鞍钢“一号工程”。面对国家需求,鞍钢核电钢铁项目组结合合同全面承担了项目研发、生产和供应任务。为克服不锈钢研发、生产经验少、产品涉及单位多、工艺复杂、技术指标要求严格等缺点,集团公司充分发挥自身优势,下一步依托鞍钢联众、鞍钢铸钢公司、鞍钢股份有限公司,建立了适宜的生产工艺,成功实现了产品开发和首批合同供货,鞍钢核 彩钢报价电钢铁项目组将继续深入开展产品研发,进一步优化生产工艺,完善工艺路线,降低生产成本,缩短制造周期,全力支持中国四代核电600MW示范快堆项目建设。

As a demonstration fast reactor, the safety requirements of this project are very strict, and 316H austenitic stainless steel is mainly used as the key equipment. However, in terms of comprehensive properties and structures, it is quite different from the conventional 316H austenitic stainless steel, especially in the requirements of ferrite, grain size, intergranular corrosion, and uniformity of steel plate head and tail properties, which are almost harsh. So during the material bidding, the foreign old brand stainless steel manufacturers for nuclear power are deterred, believing that the material design is unreasonable and refusing to bid. 316H austenitic stainless steel has become the "neck" material of nuclear power equipment. On January 1, 2019, relevant leaders of Angang Group organized a mobilization meeting for 316H austenitic stainless steel production, and determined the development of 316H austenitic stainless steel as "No.1 Project" of Angang. In the face of national demand, Angang nuclear power steel project team has fully undertaken the tasks of project research and development, production and supply in combination with the contract. In order to overcome the disadvantages of stainless steel R & D, less production experience, many units involved in the product, complex process and strict technical index requirements, the group company has fully exerted its advantages, established the suitable production process and successfully realized the product development and the first batch of contract supply relying on Angang Lianzhong, Angang Steel Casting Company and Angang Steel Co., Ltd. In the next step, the Angang nuclear power steel project team will continue to carry out in-depth research and development of the product, further optimize the production process, improve the process route, reduce the production cost, shorten the manufacturing cycle, and fully support the construction of China's four generation nuclear power 600MW demonstration fast reactor project.
