(1) 水质影响。如果槽液中使用的水质锈蚀严重,钙、镁离子含量大,会影响化学成分

(6) 亚硝酸盐。亚硝酸盐能加快磷化反应速度,提高磷化膜的致密性和耐蚀性当用量过高时,漆膜易出现白斑或变色现象;当用量过低时,成膜速度慢,磷化膜易产生黄锈。
(7) 硫酸盐。如果酸洗液浓度过高或水洗控制不好,磷化液中的硫酸根离子会增加过高的硫酸根离子会减慢磷化反应速度,使磷化膜颗粒粗大、多孔,严重挂灰,改变膜的基极电阻可蚀性降低。
