What should be paid attention to when color steel coil is a color?
There are four parts of different color coil coatings: resin, pigment, solvent and additive. Solvents are volatile components, others are basically non-volatile.
The resin needed as film-forming material is quite stable during the storage of the
coating, and there is no obvious physical or chemical change; in film-forming, under the specified conditions, the film can be cured rapidly.
There are many kinds of resin coatings. Acrylic resin, epoxy resin, polyester resin and polyurethane resin
are commonly used in color steel coil coatings. The physical and chemical properties of different resins are different from the weather resistance and corrosion resistance.
Pigments must be used in combination with resins. The main function of pigment
in coating is to make the film colored. The difference of pigment ratio affects the hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating.
Solvent is an important part of liquid coating, and it is a volatile component in the drying process. The viscosity
of the coating is usually adjusted by solvent. The solvent used to adjust the viscosity of the coating is called diluent. Solvent coating production, storage, coating, film formation and film quality have a great impact.
Color steel coil coating
is generally divided into two categories according to its use: Construction and household appliances. According to the use environment, architectural coatings are selected in epoxy resin, polyester resin, PVC plastisol, silicon modified polyester and
polyvinylidene fluoride. The paint for household appliances is usually colored polyester resin.
