彩钢卷是一种颜色时应注意什么？
彩色线圈涂料分为树脂涂料、颜料涂料、溶剂涂料和添加剂涂料四部分。溶剂是挥发性成分，其他基本上是不挥发性的。
成膜材料所需的树脂在贮存过程中相当稳定，没有明显的物理或化学变化；成膜过程中，在规定的条件下，可以快速固化成膜。

溶剂是液体涂料的重要组成部分，是干燥过程中的挥发性成分。涂料的粘度通常由溶剂调节。用于调节涂料粘度的溶剂称为稀释剂。溶剂型涂料的生产、贮存、涂装、成膜和成膜质量都有很大的影响。

Solvent is an important part of liquid coating, and it is a volatile component in the drying process. The viscosity of the coating is usually adjusted by solvent. The solvent used to adjust the viscosity of the coating is called diluent. Solvent coating production, storage, coating, film formation and film quality have a great impact.
Color steel coil coating is generally divided into two categories according to its use: Construction and household appliances. According to the use environment, architectural coatings are selected in epoxy resin, polyester resin, PVC plastisol, silicon modified polyester and polyvinylidene fluoride. The paint for household appliances is usually colored polyester resin.
