The storage, transportation and handling of color coated plates are important links affecting the quality of color coated plates. Because of improper operation, there may be various defects such as scratch, embossing and corrosion in the process of storage,
transportation and handling. In order to reduce and avoid the occurrence of various defects as much as possible, some precautions in operation are given below. For specific regulations on storage, transportation and handling, please refer to relevant
materials or consult with experts.
The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated indoor environment to avoid outdoor storage and in places where condensation and temperature difference are likely to change greatly. Products should be sent to a clean and tidy environment to avoid
the corrosion of various corrosive media. The ground of the storage place shall be flat, free of hard objects and with sufficient bearing capacity. The horizontal steel coil shall be placed on the rubber pad, pad wood, bracket and other loading equipment,
and the strap lock shall be upward, not directly on the ground or on the transport tool.
In order to avoid crushing, steel coils are generally not stacked. When stacking steel plates, the number of stacking layers shall be strictly restricted, and
the weight and scale of the plate package shall be placed below. The mechanical function and some coating functions of the color coated plate, such as pencil hardness, T-bend value and impact energy value, may change with the extension of the storage
time, so it is suggested that the user should process as soon as possible. Sufficient space shall be reserved in the storage area for the use of hoisting equipment.
The storage position of steel plate and coil shall be reasonably organized to facilitate
access and reduce unnecessary movement as much as possible. The products shall be delivered according to the conditions of delivery, and the original packaging shall not be opened at will. During loading and unloading, a rubber pad shall be added between
the spreader and the product to avoid collision, and special spreader shall be used when conditions permit. The carriage of the transport vehicle shall be cleaned, the bottom plate of the carriage shall be paved with rubber pad or other protective equipment,
and necessary protective measures shall be adopted around the carriage to avoid the occurrence of indentation or bruise on the package.
The steel coil of vertical packaging shall also be vertical during transportation and loading and unloading.
The product shall be fixed firmly to avoid product damage or accident caused by relative movement or rolling during transportation. When the steel plate is taken out, it can't be postponed to avoid the hair attack during the blocking and the blocking
affecting the steel plate under the injury. The steel plate should be handled with care, and do not touch other hard objects.
