在彩涂板的清洗和脱脂过程中,采用溶解、皂化、乳化、湿润、浸泡和机械化的方法,去除基材表面的油污和杂质颗粒。目前,生产线上使用的化学清洗液大多是由络合剂、表面活性剂、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、聚磷酸盐等组成的碱性溶液。
清除油效果主要取决于清洗液浓度、温度和钢带清洗时间。在清洗过程中,注意清洗液的浓度和温度。由于基材表面的清洗液和不清洁油的浓度较低,在后边缘的涂覆处理中存在缺陷,从而影响涂层的质量。
当浓度过高时,镀锌板中的锌和铝属于两性金属。在热碱性溶液中,锌、铝镀层容易形成核盐,造成严重的腐蚀,进而影响化学镀层的效果。化学清洗剂通常含有表面活性剂,且每种表面活性剂的最佳温度不同。
温度过高会降低表面活性剂的稳定性,降低清洗液的除油能力。如果温度太低,皂化反应速度太慢,不能完全消除油渍。同时会产生更多的泡沫,影响清洗效果。另外,清洗液温度过高会加速锌层和铝层在加减液时的腐蚀。

Due to the low concentration of cleaning solution and unclean oil on the surface of the substrate, defects exist in the coating treatment of the rear edge, thus affecting the quality of the coating.
When the concentration is too high, zinc and aluminum in galvanized sheet belong to amphoteric metal. In hot alkaline solution, zinc and aluminum coatings simply form nuclear salt, which causes serious corrosion, and then affects the effect of chemical coating. Chemical cleaning agents usually contain surfactants, and the best temperature of each surfactant is different.
If the temperature is too high, the stability of surfactant will be reduced, and the oil removal ability of cleaning solution will be reduced. If the temperature is too low, the saponification reaction speed is too slow to completely eliminate the oil stain. At the same time, more foam will be produced, which will affect the cleaning effect. In addition, too high temperature of the cleaning solution will accelerate the corrosion of zinc and aluminum layers when adding and subtracting the solution.
