彩涂板的涂装工艺主要有三种:滚涂、覆膜和粉末涂装。
辊涂工艺:通过旋转胶辊和涂辊,将液体涂料均匀、连续地涂在底板的上表面、表面和下表面,并烘烤固化。在世界范围内,采用这类技术的机组数量最多,生产能力最大,蜡温难以积累大量成熟的生产运行经验。产品应用也最为普遍,其产品广泛应用于户外建筑,也应用于室内装饰、家电、家具等领域。这种机组运行速度快,单机容量大。
辊涂工艺具有生产灵活、涂层适应性强、涂层厚度范围宽等优点。采用滚涂工艺,涂布后可配置专用设备(如覆膜机、压花机)生产覆膜、压花制品。
层压工艺:用热固性粘合剂将塑料薄膜压在钢板表面。该产品能保持塑料薄膜的原色。薄膜和底板不易剥落。适用于后处理。该产品具有外观醒目、耐火、耐腐蚀、耐酸等性能,并具有良好的耐火性和耐污染性。产品主要用于家用电器、家具、室内装饰及汽车、船舶的室内装饰。目前,虽然其产品有增长的势头,但采用这一工艺的单位生产规模较小,这一般是由专业家电板生产厂家选择的。也有一些彩色涂层单元是辊涂和覆膜两用单元。
粉末喷涂工艺:是近年来发展起来的一种新工艺,分为粉末枪和粉末云技术。几年前,世界上已经有一批采用粉末喷枪技术的彩色涂料生产装置投入使用,但速度慢,生产能力小。近年来msc粉末云技术的发展,极大地提高了粉末喷涂单元的效率。粉末涂料的沉积率可达90%。机组投运速度达到100mw/min,钢带宽度达到1300 mm。该工艺采用粉末涂料。粉末旋转刷在强静电场作用下产生粉末云,电荷飞到基体上,沉积在钢带表面,然后感应加热固化,形成粉末涂层板。
目前国内大部分机组采用辊涂工艺。辊涂式机组主要有三种生产工艺:一涂一干、二涂二干和三涂三干。其中,双涂层二次干燥工艺应用最为广泛。具有生产灵活、产品范围广、适应性强、投资适中等特点。

Laminating process: the plastic film is pressed on the surface of steel plate with thermosetting binder. The product can maintain the original color of the plastic film. The film and the base plate are not easy to peel off. It is suitable for reprocessing. The product has a striking appearance, fire resistance, corrosion resistance, acid resistance and other properties, and good fire resistance and pollution resistance. The products are mainly used in household appliances, furniture, interior decoration and interior decoration of vehicles and ships. At present, although its products have a momentum of growth, but the production scale of the unit using this process is small, which is generally selected by professional household appliances board manufacturers. There are also some color coating units which are roll coating and laminating film dual-purpose units.
Powder coating process: is a new process developed in recent years, which is divided into powder gun and powder cloud technology. A few years ago, a number of color coating units using powder gun technology were put into operation in the world, but their speed is low and their production capacity is small. The recent development of MSC powder cloud technology has greatly improved the efficiency of powder coating unit. The deposition rate of powder coating is up to 90%. The speed of the unit put into operation has reached 100 mw/min, and the width of steel band has reached 1300 mm. Powder coating is used in this technology. Powder rotating brush produces powder cloud under strong electrostatic field, and charges fly to the substrate, deposit on the surface of steel strip, and then solidify by induction heating to produce powder coated plate.

There are three main production processes of roll coating type units, one coat one drying, two coat two drying and three coat three drying. Among them, the two coat two drying process is the most widely used. It has the characteristics of flexible production, wide product range, strong adaptability and moderate investment.
