I. COLOUR COATING STEEL PLATE FOR COLD ROLLED SUBSTRATE
The color plate produced by the cold-rolled base plate has a smooth and beautiful appearance, and has the processing performance of the cold-rolled plate; however, any small scratches on the surface coating will make the cold-rolled base, and the buildings or factories made of the printed color coated plate will often have a longer service life when washed by rainwater, otherwise, due to the sulfur dioxide gas, and so on. Salt and dust affect the use. Therefore, in the design, the more inclined the roof is, the less easy it is to accumulate dust and other dirt, and the longer the service life.
II. Hot-dip Galvanized Color Coated Steel Plate
The product obtained by coating organic coatings on hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is hot-dip galvanized color coated sheet. In addition to the protection of zinc, the organic coating on the surface also plays the role of isolation and protection against rust, and its service life is longer than that of hot-dip galvanized sheet. The zinc content of hot-dip galvanized substrates is generally 180 g/m2 (double-sided). The zinc content of hot-dip galvanized substrates for building use is higher than 275 g/m2.
3. Hot-dip Aluminum-Zinc Coated Plate
According to the requirements, hot-dip aluminium-galvanized steel sheet can also be used as color coated base plate. Printed color coated sheet has light weight, beautiful appearance, good anticorrosion performance and can be directly processed. It provides a new raw material for construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, furniture and electrical industries, and plays a role of replacing wood with steel and high efficiency. Construction, energy saving, pollution prevention and other good results, the use of galvanized steel plate as the substrate of color printing color coatings, in addition to zinc protection, the organic coating on the zinc layer plays a covering isolation role, can prevent steel rust, longer service life than galvanized steel plate.
IV. Galvanized colour coated sheets
Using galvanized sheet as base plate and baking with organic paint, the product is galvanized color coated sheet. Because of its thin zinc layer, the zinc content of galvanized sheet is usually 20/20g/m2. The color coated sheet is also called color steel sheet and color plate. The color coated steel sheet is a product made of cold rolled steel sheet and galvanized steel sheet as the base plate, after surface pretreatment, continuous coating (roll coating), baking and cooling.
