activating the binder, sets a laminator at the exit of the curing oven, and lets the laminating roller press the organic film onto the surface of the base plate and then make the binder after water cooling. The agent solidifies, so that the organic
film is firmly bonded to the upper surface of the substrate.
The organic film commonly used in laminates is also called laminating film. The base plate usually has vinyl film (PVC), fluororesin film (PVF), polyvinylidene fluoride (PNDF), polyester film (PET), acrylic resin film (PMMA) and so on. The
base plate of the laminate can be cold rolled steel plate, galvanized steel plate or other coated plate. Laminates can withstand moisture and water.
The production cost of laminates is low. The laminates have not only the strength of steel plates, but also the corrosion resistance of plastics. In addition, the decorative properties of plastic films are better than those of coated plates
because of their various patterns and patterns. Plastics can also contain a variety of additives in the manufacturing process, so that laminates can obtain a lot of finished product properties, such as bending, stamping and folding, which common coated
plates do not have. In addition, the plastic film is compact, water absorption and air permeability are small, so it has strong corrosion resistance. As a new type of composite material, it has attracted more and more attention.
