corrosion resistance than zinc plating, which is treated by degreasing, phosphating and complex acid salt on the surface, coated with organic coating and baked.
In the variety of aluminum zinc plating, through the heat diffusion treatment after plating, the alloy aluminum zinc plating plate is developed, the corrosion resistance is more than twice that of the ordinary hot aluminum zinc plating plate, and the
zinc bloom on the coating surface can be eliminated through the alloy treatment; at the same time, the evaporation of zinc during spot welding is reduced, the degree of zinc vapor pollution on the copper electrode of spot welding machine is reduced,
and the service life of the electrode is improved. In order to ensure the good adhesion of the coating, the high-efficiency heating and cooling measures (high-efficiency burner or induction heater) are adopted for the thick coating of the outer
plate of the automobile, and various types of alloying sensors are equipped. The corresponding structure of the coating is adjusted in time through instrument analysis and computer instructions to meet the requirements of high stamping deformation
