Large-scale circular holes: usually seen in ventilation systems, such holes need to be painted by relevant professionals, drilled well with curve saw, the length of saw blade should be selected about 10 cm, while the edge can be closed with circular
decorative patches or clean casing to complete the task.
Small area circular holes: Small area circular holes are usually found in pipeline specialty. To complete the task, the corresponding size openers should be used. If the perforating pipe must be insulated, the sealing glue should be used at the
insulation joints of the upper and lower sides of the roof. If the ship plate pipe does not need to be insulated, the sealing of the edge of the clean casing and the perforating pipe should be done well.
Small square holes: Small square holes usually appear on vertical wall panels, and electrical and equipment openings are common. Therefore, the location of the holes is specified, and the holes are made by hand grinder after marking.
When the time limit permits, the perforation of color steel plate roof should be completed by the manufacturer. We need to check the site and drawings in detail to ensure that the perforation position of each hole is in line with the site.
