连续镀锌彩钢卷锌层剥落(附着氧化物)
连续镀锌彩钢卷形式:镀锌层容易脱落(大块或小块)。剥离下基材表面有氧化,呈黑色、蓝色或黑蓝色混合。一般在剥皮前,镀层会形成针孔状,镀层的表面形貌也会出现视觉异常(锌花立体突出,表面特别光亮等);

当生产线因故停机时,如果不控制好非氧化炉的气氛,钢表面会形成剥落的氧化皮。当这部分通过锌池,用气刀吹走时,会形成裸露的黑点。除了浮出锌槽外,一些脱落的锈皮也可能悬浮在锌槽中,这通常需要很长时间才能把所有的锈带出来。
连续镀锌彩钢卷成因:可分为炉区因素和非炉区因素
连续镀锌彩钢卷炉膛面积系数:
-空气/气体燃烧比和流量控制不当,导致炉内气氛中CO和O2含量不当
-炉温过低或与板温不匹配,板温过低
-露点过高,即含水量(H2O)过高
-板温突变导致炉温变化过大等
非炉区因素:
-清洁不良
-洗涤区水质不好
对策:
a) 防止炉区漏气
b) 防止炉区冷却水系统泄漏
c) 小心妥善控制气氛co%:3-5%,炉温>1200℃
d) 合理控制碱洗条件:游离碱、碱比、碱洗温度
e) 当水质差时,打开旁路软水、纯水手动阀
f) 当H2与钢板反应不好时,可以通过提高板温来促进还原速率或降低速率来增加反应时间

When the production line is shut down for some reason, if the atmosphere of the non oxidation furnace is not well controlled, the steel surface will form peeling oxide scale. When this part passes through the zinc pool and is blown off by air knife, the exposed black spots will be formed. Besides floating out of the zinc bath, some of the blown off rust skin may also be suspended in the zinc bath, which usually takes a long time to bring out all the rust.
Cause of formation: can be divided into furnace area and non furnace area factors
Furnace area factors:
-Improper control of air / gas combustion ratio and flow rate leads to improper CO and O2 content in furnace atmosphere
-The furnace temperature is too low or improperly matched with the plate temperature, and the plate temperature is too low
-The dew point is too high, that is, the water content (H2O) is too high
-The sudden change of plate temperature results in the excessive change of furnace temperature And so on
Non furnace area factors:
-Poor cleaning
-The water quality in the washing section is not good
Countermeasures:
a) Prevent air leakage in furnace area
b) Prevent leakage of cooling water system in furnace area
c) Carefully and properly control the atmosphere co%: 3 - 5%, furnace temperature > 1200 ℃
d) Proper control of alkali washing conditions: free alkali, alkali ratio, alkali washing temperature
e) When the water quality is poor, open the bypass soft and pure water manual valve
f) When the reaction between H2 and steel plate is poor, the plate temperature can be increased to promote the reduction rate or decrease the rate to increase the reaction time
