1.阳极氧化铝板氧化膜形成的一般原理:
以铝板为阳极,将其置于电解液中,利用电解效应使其表面形成氧化铝膜的过程称为铝板阳极氧化。设备中的阴极是电解溶液中化学稳定性高的数据,如铅、不锈钢、铝等。铝阳极氧化的原理实质上是水电解的原理。当电流通过阴极时,氢被释放;在阳极上,分离出的氧不仅是分子氧,还有原子氧(o)和离子氧,在反应中通常用分子氧表示。铝作为阳极被从中分离出来的氧气氧化,形成无水氧化铝膜。生成的氧气与铝并不完全相同,部分氧气以气态方式分离。
2.阳极氧化铝板电解液的选择:
阳极氧化膜生长的先决条件是电解液对氧化膜具有溶解作用。然而,这并不意味着阳极氧化可以在所有具有溶解效应的电解质中生成氧化膜,或者生成的氧化膜的性质相同。

Aluminum as an anode is oxidized by the oxygen separated from it to form an anhydrous alumina film. The generated oxygen is not all the same as aluminum, and part of it is separated in a gaseous manner.
2. Selection of electrolytic solution for anodized aluminum plate:
A prerequisite for the growth of anodic oxide film is that the electrolyte should have a dissolution effect on the oxide film. However, this does not mean that anodic oxidation can produce oxide films in all electrolytes with dissolution effect or the properties of the generated oxide films are the same.
