Coated color coated sheet has light weight, beautiful appearance, good anticorrosion performance and can be directly processed. It provides a new raw material for the construction industry, shipbuilding industry, vehicle manufacturing industry, furniture
industry, electrical industry and so on. It has played a good role in replacing wood with steel, efficient construction, energy saving and pollution prevention.
(1) Installation of color-coated panels should be carried out in accordance with the detailed drawings of the design nodes. Before installation, the location of the wall bars should be checked, the width of the panels and gaps calculated, and the layout and line drawing positioning should be carried out.
(2) Special attention should be paid to the use of special-shaped plates, which can simplify the construction and increase the waterproofing effect at the corner of windows and walls.
(3) The color-coated panel is connected with the wall reinforcement by iron nails, screws and wooden clips. The principle of the installation board is to install it in sequence along one direction, while the opposite direction is not easy to construct. If the wall reinforcement or the color-coated panel is too long, it can be cut by a cutting machine.
(4) Although waterproof property has been taken into account in the shape of the color coated sheet during processing, the waterproof function of the shape may be lost if the material bends = uneven seams, especially in the corner, so some waterproof materials for filling seams are also necessary.
Hot-dip galvanized coating is the most common and effective process measure in the anti-corrosion method of color coated sheet. In the construction industry, light steel keels, floor panels, corrugated boards and rolling curtain doors are used for various industries and civil buildings; in the household appliances and light industries, they are used for the shell and floor of various household appliances; and galvanized color coated boards are widely used in the light industry, power supply, automobile and construction industries. In the automotive industry, it is used for automotive body, shell, inner plate, bottom plate, etc. Hot-dip galvanized aluminium alloy coatings (coatings containing 5% Al, 95% Zn, and trace rare earth elements) have the main advantages of better plasticity and adhesion, so the corrosion resistance before and after deformation remains unchanged, its atmospheric corrosion resistance is much higher than that of conventional hot-dip galvanizing, and it has good coating performance, which can make the alloy layer and coating bond.
