Surface blowing method: When the pure zinc layer on the printed color coating board is about to solidify, if the zinc crystal can grow smoothly through steam flow or sulfur dioxide flow, a larger pattern can be obtained. The method
can also form a dense oxide film and improve the corrosion resistance of the galvanized layer.
Screen method: This method is only suitable for thin galvanized printing layer. The magnetic roller is used to make the wire mesh contact with the surface
of zinc layer to achieve this purpose. When the contact of wire mesh joints is cooled first, the solid particles of the product form and nucleate, while other undissolved zinc liquids begin to crystallize and nucleate and expand outward to form zinc sparks.
