彩钢板生产液压系统压力控制失效

A压力控制失效

(1)彩钢板生产线系统无力。生产线运行过程中,系统压力突然下降至零且不能调节。这种故障的原因有可能为:溢流阀阻尼被堵住;溢流阀的密封面上有异物;溢流阀主阀芯在开启位置上卡死;卸荷换向阀的电磁铁烧坏,电线断或电信号未发出等等。

(2)彩钢板生产线系统压力不高。该情况一般由内泄漏引起,故障原因可以是液压泵磨损,形成间隙;溢流阀主阀芯与配合面磨损,使溢流阀的控制压力下降;液压缸或液压马达的执行件磨损或密封件损坏;系统内有关的阀、阀板存在缝隙,形成泄漏。以上几种故障原因都会导致系统调不起压力,最终使系统压力下降。
(3) 彩钢板生产线系统压力高且不能调节。引起此种情况通常是溢流阀失灵。当主阀芯在关闭位置上被卡死,或锈结卡住时,必然会出现系统压力上升且不能调节的现象。当溢流阀的先导控制油路被堵死时,控制压力剧增,系统压力也会突然升高。这代查
(4) 彩钢板生产线系统压力不稳定。主要原因是溢流阀磨损此起内泄漏;溢流阀内混人异物;液压油混有空气,在系统压力较高时气泡破裂;导轨安装及润滑不良,引起负载不均;液压泵内零件磨损;柱塞式液压马达产生脱空与碰撞等,以上几种原因都会引起系统压力波动或压力值不稳定。
(5)卸荷失控。所谓卸荷失控就是在液压系统利用溢流阀卸荷时系统压力不为零的现象。主要原因为溢流阀主阀芯不能完全打开;当换向阀卡死,不能充分打开时或换向阀复位弹簧折断等也会使系统压力不能正常卸荷。
如果是属于M 型中位的换向阀,换向阀装反、换向阀复位弹簧折断引起阀芯不回到中位等情况,系统不会卸荷。另外比例压力阀在未得到控制信号时自动卸荷,如果比例电磁铁得到意外的电信号,系统压力自然不卸荷。

(2) The system pressure is not high. This situation is generally caused by internal leakage. The causes of the failure can be the wear of the hydraulic pump, forming a gap; the wear of the main valve core and the mating surface of the relief valve, reducing the control pressure of the relief valve; the wear of the actuator of the hydraulic cylinder or the hydraulic motor or the damage of the seal; the cracks in the relevant valves and valve plates in the system, forming a leakage. The above reasons will lead to the system can not adjust the pressure, and eventually make the system pressure drop.

(3) The system pressure is high and cannot be adjusted. This situation is usually caused by overflow valve failure. When the main valve core is stuck or rusted in the closed position, the system pressure will rise and cannot be adjusted. When the pilot control oil circuit of the relief valve is blocked, the control pressure will increase sharply, and the system pressure will also increase suddenly. This generation of investigators

(4) The system pressure is unstable. The main reasons are: the overflow valve is worn, which causes internal leakage; the overflow valve is mixed with human and foreign matters; the hydraulic oil is mixed with air, which causes bubbles to break when the system pressure is high; the guide rail is not installed and lubricated properly, which causes uneven load; the parts in the hydraulic pump are worn; the plunger type hydraulic motor has void and collision, etc.

(5) Unloading out of control. The so-called unloading out of control is the phenomenon that the system pressure is not zero when the hydraulic system uses the relief valve to unload. The main reason is that the main valve core of the relief valve can not be fully opened; when the directional valve is stuck, it can not be fully opened or the return spring of the directional valve is broken, the system pressure can not be unloaded normally.

If it is a M-type directional valve, the reverse installation of directional valve and the broken return spring of directional valve cause the valve core not to return to the middle position, the system will not unload. In addition, the proportional pressure valve automatically unloads when the control signal is not received. If the proportional electromagnet gets an unexpected electrical signal, the system pressure will not be unloaded naturally.
