Coloured steel plate combined movable house is a kind of environment-friendly and economic movable house which is newly upgraded and defined. It takes light steel as framework, sandwich board as enclosure material, standard modulus as space combination,
and bolt connection as components. It can be assembled and disassembled more conveniently and quickly, and it completes the general standardization of temporary buildings. The core concept of environment-friendly, energy-saving, fast and efficient
construction makes the temporary houses enter the field of stereotyped housing products with industrialized production, inventory and several turnaround uses.

Light roof supported by light wall (self-weight 10-15kg/m2)
Longitudinal and transverse walls are used to support roof loads. The spatial stiffness of the house is guaranteed by the continuous hexahedron composed of vertical and horizontal walls and roofs. Plate columns should be installed when the spacing of the side wall is greater than 6 m2.
Coloured steel plates are joined together by aluminium profiles, metal connections and 200 mm2 spacing aluminium rivets. Expansion bolts and groove metal parts are used to connect the floor. The panels and panels of the whole house can be seen as articulated, like a box structure with several vertical and horizontal partition boards in the interior and downward opening.

Because of the light weight of the house, the self-weight is about 50-70 kg/m2, and it is about 150 kg/m2 on the ground. The self-weight has become a very important factor for the foundation. Therefore, the special foundation is not considered in the design, but the concrete floor is directly connected with the wall panel.
