1、 彩钢畜牧业专用净化彩钢板净化原理
气流→一级净化→空调→中效净化→风机送风→管道→高效净化出风口→吹入室内→带走灰尘、细菌等颗粒物→回风百叶窗→一效净化。
通过重复上述过程可以实现净化。

1、 Principle of purification

Air flow → primary purification → air conditioning → medium efficiency purification → fan air supply → pipeline → high efficiency purification outlet → blowing into the room → taking away dust, bacteria and other particles → return air shutter → primary effect purification.
Purification can be achieved by repeating the above process.
Purification parameters:
1. Ventilation frequency: 100000 level ≥ 15 times; 10000 level ≥ 20 times; 1000 level ≥ 30 times. Pressure difference: from main workshop to adjacent rooms ≥ 5pa
2. Average wind speed: 10, 100 wind speed 0.3-0.5m/s, winter temperature > 16 ℃, summer temperature less than 26 ℃, fluctuation ± 2 ℃.
3. The humidity is 45-65%; the humidity of GMP powder workshop is about 50%; the humidity of electronic workshop is slightly higher to prevent static electricity.
4. Noise ≤ 65dB (a); fresh air supplement is 10% - 30% of total air supply; illumination is 300lx.
2、 Structural materials
1. The walls and roof of the plant are usually made of 50 mm thick steel sandwich plates
2. The floor can adopt epoxy self leveling floor or high wear-resistant plastic floor. If there are anti-static requirements, anti-static type can be selected.
3. The heat transfer and zinc plate is used for sending and returning air pipes, and the flame-retardant phenolic foam board is affixed.
4. The air outlet of university should be clean and beautiful stainless steel structure. Punching mesh plate should be coated with aluminum plate, no rust, no dust, and should be easy to clean.
