GB50018-2002第4.1.10条:当选用非滑动连接件连接彩钢板及其支撑构件形成屋面和墙体围护体系时,单层房屋的规划可考虑受力蒙皮效应,但同时应满足以下要求:
1.蒙皮组件的强度和刚度参数应通过试验或可靠分析方法获得,并对结构进行分析和规划;
2.对于檩条、墙梁、柱及其连接处的关键部位,如山脊、檐口、山墙等,除了考虑荷载产生的内力的直接作用外,还需要考虑由所有分析计算的附加内力来进行承载力验算;
3.在已建建筑物的醒目位置设置永久性标志,表明彩钢板在使用和保护过程中不得随意拆除。彩钢板必须在临时支架设置完毕后才能拆除和更换,并在规划文件中做出规定。

GB50018-2002指出,现场实测表明,连接牢固的彩钢板围护结构体系的建筑物的承载力和刚度均大于按裸骨架计算的承载力和刚度。外壳系统在其自身平面内的抗剪能力加强了结构的整体运行功能,这种效应称为应力表皮效应或表皮效应。

The color steel plates can be removed and replaced only after the temporary support is set, and rules shall be made in the planning documents.
GB50018-2002 points out that the field measurement shows that the bearing capacity and stiffness of buildings with firmly connected color steel plate enclosure system are greater than those calculated according to bare skeleton. The effect of the overall operation function of the structure strengthened by the shear capacity of the enclosure system in its own plane is called stressed skin effect, or skin effect.
