support plate is the plate fixed on the roof. It is generally the floor support plate of steel structure. Its function is to fix and stabilize it. It is essential for buildings now.
It is mainly used in some medium-sized and large-scale construction projects, such as the construction of railway stations, concert halls, grand theaters, large shopping malls, supermarkets and gymnasiums. It can be said that the scale is relatively large.
It is precisely because of the importance of these projects that the requirements for the qualification of floor bearing plates are relatively strict, All floor boards used in these engineering construction must pass many tests. Only after these layers
of tests can they become qualified floor boards that can be used.
Detailed installation method of floor bearing plate:
1. Firstly, snap the center line of the steel beam in the planking area. The center line of the main beam is the control
line for the fixed position of the floor bearing plate. The center line of the main beam controls the overlapping width of the floor support plate and the steel beam, and determines the welding spot position of the floor support plate and the steel beam.
The centerline of the secondary beam will determine the welding position of the penetration weld stud. Since it is difficult to observe the specific position of the flange of the secondary beam after the floor support plate is laid, bounce the center
line and flange width of the secondary beam back on the center line of the main beam. When fixing the stud, bounce the center line and flange width of the secondary beam back on the floor support plate on the surface of the secondary beam.
floor bearing plate shall be cleared out in layers and zones at the stacking site according to the material list, and the number shall be indicated. The layer, area and number shall be clearly distinguished, marked with a marker pen, and transported to
the designated part of the construction accurately.
3. Special soft slings shall be used during hoisting to ensure that the floor bearing plate is not deformed as a whole and not crimped locally. For multi-storey steel structure design, the installation
process of three floors and one section of column is generally adopted. When installing the floor bearing plate, it shall be constructed synchronously with the steel structure column beam, with a difference of at least three floors. Therefore, when the
floor bearing plate is hoisted, it can only be threaded between the beams and columns on the upper layer, and the rigger shall control between the beams and columns in layers.
4. Plasma cutting machine or plate cutter shall be used to cut corners.
During cutting and setting out, the surplus shall be controlled within 5mm. Measures shall be taken during concrete pouring to prevent slurry leakage.
5. The connection between the floor support plate and the side plate of the floor support plate
is pressed with bite pliers to connect the single floor support plate into a whole plate. First spot weld the side of the floor support plate, then fix both ends, and finally fix with bolts.
6. Strengthen concrete curing.
