常用的干燥方法是用自建的土窑对彩钢瓦原料进行干燥，以降低产品的干燥成本。由于土窑采用人工烧炕的方法加热，温度不均匀，往往有些土窑已经干燥，有些土窑还有大量的水，无法控制土窑的开裂和变形。
因此，除第一次蒸汽干燥外，第二次微波干燥应在加工前进行，使水分从内向外均匀蒸腾。彩钢瓦施工时，必须对彩钢瓦进行打磨。其用意是坚持其美观，确保施工安全。有三种研磨方法：干研磨、湿研磨和机械研磨。
为了提高工作效率，可以选择机械磨削方法，如电动磨床、圆盘式和摆动式。干磨选用砂纸，适用于硬脆油漆的磨削。这种研磨方式的缺点是在操作过程中会产生大量的粉尘，影响环境健康。
湿磨使用砂纸蘸水或肥皂水抛光彩钢瓷砖。水磨可减少磨痕，提高涂层的平整度，节省砂纸和人力。但是，在水磨后喷涂底漆时，首先要待水磨层完全干燥后才能施涂底漆，否则漆层很简单且呈白色，其他吸水性强的基材不适合水磨。

However, when spraying base paint after water grinding, first, the base paint can only be applied after the water grinding layer is completely dry, otherwise the paint layer is very simple and white, and other base materials with strong water absorption are not suitable for water grinding.
