划伤
一．具体部位
1、基板划伤
2、产品做单板注意背面划伤，产生色差，背面浅颜色，易产生色差
3、喷淋管划伤
主要指板带正面
4、入口段
导料板划伤（主要背面）
5、固化炉内划伤
炉体内物体下垂（常见）
涨力过大正面划伤，多指厚料换薄料时张力过大。
6、急停、停车卸张时，出口活套划伤（常见）
7、挤干辊划伤。通常在挤干辊不转的情况下
8、出口段异物划伤，出口导板上有异物，多指背面或剪刀上刀划伤彩板表面
9、S辊划伤，水冷挤干效果不好，把水带到S辊内，炉体内张力跟出口活套张力相差太大，造成S辊打滑。、、
10、初涂固化炉板温不够，油漆固化不好，水冷前稳定辊粘掉背漆

一、 油漆原因

降低速度

2. Cause of formation: when the linear speed is increased, the

3. Shape:

6. Solution:
Reduce the speed of sticking roller
