设计、订货、施工验收以公称厚度为准。避免个别产品厂的总厚度代表名义厚度的现象。

我国彩涂钢板和钢带（GB/t12754-91）的厚度为0.3-2.0 mm。在厚度允许偏差中，底板的允许偏差如下表所示。涂层厚度允许偏差；三个试样上表面的平均涂层厚度应符合表。三个样本值中的最低值允许比平均值低10%。

目前，我国市场上可供选择的彩涂板厚度为0.5-2.0毫米。
彩涂板有两种厚度：名义厚度和实际厚度
一。彩涂板名义厚度：用于设计标识和订货。标称厚度是指涂层和镀锌前的原始板厚。名义厚度是决定彩涂建筑产品结构力学性能的重要参数。用于选择产品的支承跨度，或根据确定的支承跨度选择彩涂板的名义厚度。
2。彩涂板实际厚度：指包括镀锌和涂层在内的总厚度此厚度仅用于测量彩涂板的涂层和涂层厚度。

彩涂板的标准宽度是确定经济合理的成形设备的基础。非标宽度虽然可以供应，但原材料价格会上涨，供应周期过长。因此，在采购彩钢建筑制品成型设备时，应充分考虑原料宽度的合理选择。
在彩钢施工设备的选择和设计中，应充分考虑宽度的允许偏差，以保证产品质量。我国的A、B法规可以满足夹芯板和异型板的生产要求。
注：
一。测厚件与边缘的距离不应小于20 mm。
2。钢带头部和尾部30m内厚度的最大允许偏差不超过表中规定值的50%。
三。焊接区域厚度的最大允许偏差不应超过表中规定的值的100%。
四。根据需方要求，钢板、钢带的厚度允许偏差与表中名义厚度的规定应符合相邻小尺寸的规定
彩涂板宽频带：国标《彩涂钢板及钢带》（GB/t12754-91）规定的彩涂板宽频带为700-1550 mm。宝钢企业标准为900-1550毫米，一般宽度为1000毫米和1200毫米。国标规定的宽度公差见下表。

The thickness of color coated plates and steel strips (GB / t12754-91) in China is 0.3-2.0mm. In the allowable deviation of thickness, the allowable deviation of base plate is shown in the table below. Allowable deviation of coating thickness; the average coating thickness of the upper surface of three samples shall conform to the table. The lowest of the three sample values is allowed to be 10% lower than the average.
At present, the thickness of color coated plate available for market in China is 0.5-2.0mm.
There are two kinds of thickness of color coated plate: nominal thickness and actual thickness
1. Nominal thickness of color coated plate: used for design identification and ordering. Nominal thickness is the original plate thickness before coating and galvanizing. Nominal thickness is an important parameter to determine the structural mechanical properties of color coated building products. It is used to select the bearing span of the product, or select the nominal thickness of the color coated plate according to the determined bearing span.
2. Actual thickness of color coated plate: refers to the total thickness including galvanizing and coating. This thickness is only used to measure the coating and coating thickness of color coated plate.

The standard width of color coated plate is the basis of determining the economic and reasonable forming equipment. Although non-standard width can be supplied, the price of raw materials will rise and the supply cycle will be too long. In the selection and design of color steel construction equipment, the allowable deviation of width should be fully considered to ensure the quality of products. The A and B regulations of our country can meet the production requirements of sandwich board and special-shaped board.
Note:
1. The distance between the thickness measuring part and the edge shall not be less than 20 mm.
2. The maximum allowable deviation of the thickness within 30m of the head and tail of the steel strip shall not exceed 50% of the specified value in the table.
3. The maximum allowable deviation of weld area thickness shall not exceed 100% of the value specified in the table.
4. According to the requirements of the demander, the allowable thickness deviation of the steel plate and steel strip with the specification in the nominal thickness in the table shall comply with the provisions of the adjacent small size
Wide band of color coated plate: the wide band of color coated plate specified in the national standard color coated steel plate and strip (GB / t12754-91) is 700-1550mm.
