Operation range: from exit looper to coiler.
The steel strip comes out of the cooling zone after coating and then enters the outlet looper of the outlet section. When the unit is in normal operation, the outlet looper does not store the steel strip, but when the coil changing operation or the outlet section is stopped due to fault, the steel strip is temporarily stored by the outlet looper to ensure the normal operation of the process section. When the outlet section is restarted, the coiler runs at the maximum speed until the steel strip in the outlet looper is emptied The process section and the process section run synchronously.
After the steel strip comes out from the outlet looper, it is coated with exit shear, wax spray or strippable film, and finally it is sent to the coiler through the pinch roll. The coiler is used to help the coiler to form the color coated coil
Site management standard:
Timely clean up the sundries around the exit section and the cutting head and tail of the steel strip and the seam. The packages cleared by the post-treatment operation shall be placed in order according to the specified place, so that they can be transported away from the site. Clean up the sundries around the operation and coiler pit, and store the tools according to the regulations.
When the steel strip needs to be separated or changed, press the "change coil" button on the operation platform, the outlet tension device will press down, the outlet section will slow down and stop, and the outlet looper will still run and fill according to the normal speed of the production line. The exit shear is used to cut and close the seam. The head of the down coiling steel strip is rewound to the reel of the coiler through the coiler, and the coiler starts to accelerate.
