涂层是生产线的核心部分。主要设备包括辊道涂布机和干燥通道。一般采用正面或背面涂层工艺。根据涂布辊和传动辊方向的不同,可分为正向涂布和反向涂布两种工艺。

3、SMP硅改性彩板

If the rotation speed ratio between the three rollers is unreasonable, the coated material will have surface problems such as horizontal stripes and vertical stripes. Generally, the linear speed of three rollers:
Coating roller speed > transmission roller speed > lifting roller speed. Reasonable control of the rotation speed and proportion of the three rollers is one of the key factors for coating a good appearance film. The three roller machine is mainly used in occasions with high surface requirements.
(2) the coating process is generally pre coated coil aluminum coating process, which can be divided into three coating processes, two coating processes and single coating processes according to the number of coating layers. According to the rotation direction of coating roller and transmission roller, it can be divided into forward coating and reverse coating.
