镀锌彩钢板种类及差厚镀层知识

新涂层类型
新型耐腐蚀涂层钢板是近年来国内外专业涂层钢板生产厂家发展的热点。它们有的作为彩涂钢板的底板，提高彩涂钢板的整体耐腐蚀性，有的直接用作建筑物的顶板，代替昂贵的有色金属合金板（钛板、铝镁锰板）。这些新涂层包括铝硅合金涂层、锌铝镁涂层、锌铝合金涂层和改性锌铝合金涂层，这些都是日本钢铁企业研究较多的涂层。

差示涂层
由于彩涂钢板的一面一般暴露在空气中，另一面多处于腐蚀环境相对较好的室内环境中，或另一面作为夹芯板或泡沫板使用，基本上不与腐蚀性介质接触。因此，考虑到全球锌资源的短缺和锌开采的环境负荷，开发双面差厚涂层钢板可以满足耐腐蚀的要求，有效节约资源。事实上，具有双面厚度差的热浸镀锌彩色涂料已经开发并出口到北美。铝锌厚度差（生产工艺，不同涂层量对腐蚀的影响）的研究正在进行中。

Therefore, considering the shortage of global zinc resources and the environmental load of zinc exploitation, the development of double-sided differential thickness coating steel plate can meet the requirements of corrosion resistance and effectively save resources. In fact, hot dip galvanized color coating with double-sided thickness difference has been developed and exported to North America. The development of aluminum zinc thickness difference (production process, the influence of different coating amount on corrosion) is in progress.
