The setting out before the purification of sandwich panel device shall be carried out after the completion of the ground (floor) and other relevant conditions with the device, such as the large equipment has been transported in place, the concealed
ground pipeline has been adjusted and the skill sandwich device operation has been basically completed. Setting out is to mark the horizontal projection (50 mm wide) of the purification sandwich panel and the orientation of the door and window on the
ground. The center line of the upper and lower manger shall be within 1.0% or 3mm on the same straight surface.
Install the upper and lower raceways. Generally, the lower raceway is made of aluminum alloy with R angle inside and outside. Fix the
nail on the line drawn on the ground. The direction of the nail should be 1.2-1.5m away from the straight line, and 0.2m away from the corner and the end. Put two rubber strips (Ф 2-3) under the groove before the nail is shot. After the nail is fixed,
it will form a waterproof barrier. The upper raceway is restricted aluminum. When the ceiling is hard, it is fixed on the top plate with nail gun. When the ceiling is soft, it is suspended under the layer with suspender. The height shall be subject to
the clear height of the ceiling.
The wall panels shall be erected in detail, and the prefabricated components shall be installed according to the row map, and the adjacent wall panels shall be determined by the fixed plug-ins between the components.
It is worth noting that the concealed electrical laying pipelines and boxes shall be well coordinated with the wall panels. The wall panel should be straight, and the vertical seam should be tight. The smaller the seam, the more beautiful it is, and the
vertical seam is even. During operation, the maintenance membrane on the vertical seam shall be carefully arranged and uncovered temporarily, and never be removed. Clean up the sundries in the tank and the adhesive liquid to coagulate the hard block.
Otherwise, it is difficult to adjust the vertical joint evenly and compactly with the largest force.
