轻钢厂房钢框架腹板可按有效宽度设计,即允许部分腹板失稳,并可采用其后屈曲强度。竖向荷载通常是设计控制荷载,但当风荷载较大或房屋较高时,风荷载的作用不容忽视。在轻型屋盖门式刚架中,地震作用一般不起控制作用。支架可以变得更轻。可直接与腹板连接,也可与水平节点板连接,可采用受拉圆钢。所有结构件均可在工厂内制造,产业化程度高。各组成单元可根据运输条件进行划分。这些单元在现场用螺栓连接。安装方便快捷,土建工程量小。

The webs of the steel frame of the light steel workshop can be designed according to the effective width, that is to say, some webs are allowed to lose stability and their post buckling strength can be used. Vertical load is usually the design control load, but when the wind load is large or the house is high, the role of wind load should not be ignored. In the light roof portal frame, the seismic action generally does not play a controlling role. Support can be made lighter. It can be connected to web directly or with horizontal gusset plate, and the tensioned round steel can be used. All structural components can be manufactured in the factory with high industrialization degree. The component units can be divided according to the transportation conditions. The units are connected by bolts on the site. The installation is convenient and fast, and the amount of civil construction is small.
