Colored steel plate has many brands with different advantages and disadvantages.
Generally used in engineering can be divided into veneer and composite board, composite board is also divided into rock wool composite board and polyphenyl composite board. The veneer is usually used in workshop or shed, and some veneers will be
installed with additional rock wool, which is called "on-site composite". Composite plate wallboard is mostly 950 type, roof 970 type or 960 type. The veneer is common in 760, 820, 840, 900, 127 or 960, of which 760 and 820 are fixed by brackets and other
types are fixed by tapping nails. More than 760, 820 and 840 are used as roofs, more than 900 are used for wallboards, and 127 or 960 are used for decoration of wallboards or anti-suspension boards in roofs.
Color steel accessories are also indispensable in engineering. Ridge tiles, Yinjiao, Yang Jiao, doors and windows, small trenches, expansion joints, etc., are mostly fixed by rivets and sealed by glue.

4. There are too many new color painting units in China, which far exceed the market demand. As a result, many color painting units have a low start-up rate and even stop production.
Trend of development
Firstly, with high quality substrates, the requirements for surface, shape and dimension accuracy of substrates are becoming higher and higher. For outdoor use, such as small galvanized flat hot galvanized coil, flat galvanized coil without galvanized
flat and galvanized alloy hot galvanized coil, and for indoor use, such as galvanized steel coil, coated cold rolled sheet and aluminium coil.
Secondly, to improve the pretreatment process and pretreatment fluid, the number of equipment is small, low cost has become the mainstream process, and constantly improve the stability, corrosion resistance, environmental protection performance
of the pretreatment fluid.
Thirdly, pay attention to the development of new coatings, improve the general polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and plastic sol, obtain super color repeatability, anti-ultraviolet, anti-sulfur dioxide, improve corrosion resistance; develop
anti-pollution, heat absorption and other functional coatings.
Fourth, the unit equipment is more perfect. For example, new welding machines, new roll coating machines, improved curing furnace, advanced automation instruments and so on.
Fifth, cold embossing technology has become the trend of development because of its low cost, beautiful appearance, three-dimensional sense and high strength.
Sixth, pay attention to product diversification, functionalization, high-grade, such as deep-drawing color coating plate, "grapefruit peel" color coating plate, anti-static color coating plate, pollution-resistant color coating plate, high heat
absorption color coating plate, etc.
