我国卷材涂料发展现状与趋势

彩涂板涂料在我国的发展大致经历了三个时期。第一时期多以油性类树脂、醇酸、种适酚醛类树脂为基料,以红丹以及其他含铅、铬类涂料为防锈组分;接下来是合成树脂时面细期,除上述一类基料外,还有环氧树脂、不饱和树脂、氧化橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯、硅酸脂择。等,防腐涂料还有锌粉、铝粉、磷酸锌、偏硼酸钡、氧化铁红等无毒品种,开始出现了重2-2防腐涂料;第三个阶段是近几年来,由于环境状况的继续下降和环境保护要求的加强,因此替代有污染的基料以及危害环境的有毒防锈涂料受到高度重视,已成为新型防腐涂料发在展的主要方向。

我国彩涂板涂料的发展已有20年的历史,但快速发展不过最近五六年时间。卷材涂料是彩涂板生产线中不可缺少的施工原料之一,可以涂敷多种基板。卷材涂料早在20世纪30年代投入市场,二战之后,为恢复战争创伤,建筑业蓬勃发展,预涂卷材由于质轻、性优、价廉而获得广泛应用。

我国彩涂板涂料生产起源于20世纪80年代,当时原化工部组织力量自行研制。1987年上海振华造漆厂引进美国 Parker公司的预处理技术及 Relanceuniversal公司的系列卷材涂料。目前国内卷材涂料生产线已超过30条。我国目前已有70条卷材涂料生产线,近期仍将有32条生产线在建;由于生产厂家众多,未来三年将是国内卷材涂料行业的快速发展期。

随着彩板应用数量和范围迅速扩大,卷材涂料已进人快速发展期。今后彩板及其涂料的开发走势将趋向高性能型、环保和经济型、快速烘干固化型和自清洁型的品种。

高性能卷材涂料:冷压花彩钢板的出现很受市场欢迎,该钢板的生产要求彩涂线收卷前经冷压花辊在钢板上直接压型出花纹,这种产品对涂料加工性能要求高,而且价格要比PVDF低。其中,氟树脂涂料因其优良的耐候、耐化学品、耐盐雾性、低表面能等特性而受到关注,国内一些氟树脂涂料生产商已研发出在卷材涂料中应用的FEVE系列氟树脂涂料。这类氟树脂在卷材涂料中应用的性能,特别是涂层的超耐候性、耐沾行性以及施工性和经济性能等,被认为可为建筑钢结构、桥梁等应用领域的彩板提供更高性能的保护。高性能卷材涂料在冷压花彩钢板的应用也很受市场欢迎,要求彩涂线收卷前经冷压花辊在钢板上直接压型出花纹,这种产品对涂料加工性能要求高,而且价格要比PVDF低。

环保卷材涂料:目前大部分卷材涂料固体分在60%左右,为了减少VOC,需要开发高固体分(70%)以上、水性及UV粉末涂料。其中粉末涂料技术已在我国卷材涂料生产中开始应用,卷材粉末涂料这几年在我国发展的空间很大,随着人们环保意识的加强,以及成本降低的要求,卷材粉末涂料是发展的趋势。有人预言卷材涂料将迎来粉末涂装的时代。但由于种种原因,目前为止国内还没有一条真正意义的粉末卷材涂装线,人们关注的也不多。

快速烘干固化涂料体系:为提高生产效率,市场要求能达到运行速度180m/min以上,保证性能和外观的情况下,固化时间18-20s。

随着国家经济建设的发展,管道用钢、集装箱板、建筑钢结构、桥梁、铁路、船轴等特种钢材需求的增长,将促进了室外用彩板的自洁型卷材涂料的技术进步和市场发展。这种涂料既具有有机涂料的良好着色性、防腐性和装饰性,又具有高强度和易加工性,是种适用于彩板深加工的涂料产品。在外观方面,自洁性涂料具有优越的抗污染性,彩板表面经雨水冲洗能起到自清洁的作用,达到不沾灰尘、不留痕迹的效果,是建筑业的最佳选择。此前,自洁型卷材涂料一直由国际著名涂料拥有。

The development of coil coatings in China has gone through three periods. The development of coil coatings in China has a history of 20 years, but it has developed rapidly in the past five or six years. Coil coating is one of the indispensable construction materials in the production line of color coated sheet. It can be applied on a variety of substrates. Coil coatings were put into the market as early as the 1930s. After World War II, in order to recover the war wounds, the construction industry developed vigorously. Pre-coated coils were widely used because of their light weight, excellent performance and low cost.

China's coil coating production originated in the 1980s, when the original Ministry of Chemical Industry organized its own development. In 1987, Shanghai Zhenhua Paint Factory introduced the pretreatment technology of Parker Company and Relance Universal Company's series of coil coatings. At present, there are more than 30 domestic coil coating production lines. At present, there are 70 coil coatings production lines in China, and 32 will be under construction in the near future. Because of the numerous manufacturers, the next three years will be the rapid development period of domestic coil coatings industry.

With the rapid expansion of the number and scope of color plate application, coil coating has entered a period of rapid development. In the future, the development trend of color board and its coatings will tend to high performance, environmental protection and economy, fast drying and curing and self-cleaning.

High-performance coil coating: The appearance of cold-pressed colored steel sheet is very popular in the market. The production of this steel sheet requires that the pattern be directly pressed on the steel sheet by cold-embossed roller before winding up of the colored coating line. This product has high requirements on the processing performance of the coating, and its price is lower than that of PVDF. Among them, fluororesin coatings have attracted much attention due to their excellent weather resistance, chemical resistance, salt spray resistance and low surface properties. Some domestic fluororesin coatings manufacturers have developed FEVE series fluororesin coatings for coil coatings. The performance of this kind of fluororesin used in coil coatings, especially the super-weatherability, anti-contamination, construction and economic performance of the coatings, is considered to provide more high-performance protection for color panels in the application fields of building steel structures, bridges and so on. The application of high-performance coil coating in cold-pressed colored steel sheet is also very popular in the market. It is required that the pattern be directly pressed on the steel sheet by cold-embossed roller before the coiling of the colored coating line. This product has high requirements on the processing performance of the coating and its price is lower than that of PVDF.

Environmentally friendly coil coatings: At present, the solid content of most coil coatings is about 60%. In order to reduce VOC, it is necessary to develop high solid content (70%), water-borne and UV powder coatings. Among them, powder coatings technology has been applied in the production of coil coatings in China. There is a great space for the development of coil powder coatings in China in recent years. With the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection and the requirement of cost reduction, coil powder coatings are the trend of development. It is predicted that coil coating will usher in the era of powder coating. However, due to various reasons, so far there is no really meaningful powder coil coating line in China, and people pay little attention to it.

Rapid drying curing coating system: In order to improve production efficiency, the market requirements can reach a running speed of more than 180 m/min, guaranteeing performance and appearance, curing time of 18-20 s.

With the development of national economic construction, the demand for special steel products such as pipeline steel, container plate, construction steel structure, bridge, railway, ship axle and so on will increase, which will promote the technological progress and market development of self-cleaning coil coatings for outdoor color plates. This kind of coatings not only has good coloring, anti-corrosion and decorative properties of organic coatings, but also has high strength and easy processing. It is a kind of coatings product suitable for deep processing of color plates. In terms of appearance, self-cleaning coatings have superior anti-pollution properties. The surface of color panels washed by rainwater can play a self-cleaning role to achieve the effect of no dust and no traces. It is the best choice for the construction industry. Prior to this, self-cleaning coil coatings have been owned by internationally renowned coatings.
