Greasy dirt refers to the excessive oil on the surface of aluminum tip after rolling and the extra oil except rolling oil film. It can be seen by naked eyes in the process of slitting production and finished product inspection. The oil is mainly caused
by the rejection, splashing, dropping on the box surface at the roll neck or at the exit of the mill, the abnormity of the mill's roller cleaner, and the oil dripping on the thickness measuring head of the mill, etc., and it is often more dirty and complicated.
Oil pollution hazard: the surface is not clean and easy to form bubbles during subsequent annealing, and the use is affected due to the excessive amount of oil forming excessive residues there.
Solution: strictly check the production equipment
before production. If there is too much oil in the equipment, clean it in time and find out the reason. At the same time, clean and process the production products. If the products that cannot be cleaned are scrapped, the products with oil pollution are
forbidden to enter the warehouse and enter the market.
