Definition of profiled coloured steel plate:
Pressed coloured steel sheet refers to the building envelope sheet formed by roll cold bending using coloured coated steel sheet or galvanized steel sheet as raw material.
Substrate and coating:
h index of coloured steel sheet should conform to GB/T12754. The thickness of coloured steel sheet for construction includes two parts: base plate and coating. The thickness of base plate ranges from 0.38 mm to 1.2 mm. The material of base plate is hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. When necessary, it can be galvanized by aluminium and zinc. The double-sided quality of galvanized coating should not be less than 180 g/m2. The coating is usually Two-coated with two-baked epoxy resin primer and resin. Topcoat, the thickness of the coating is not less than 25 mu. Silicon modified polyester, acrylic resin or PVF2 coatings can also be selected according to the design requirements.
The thickness of commonly used plate for profiled coloured steel sheet is 0.5-1.0 mm.
Pressed coloured steel plate length
According to hoisting conditions, long size sheets should be used as far as possible to reduce longitudinal joints and prevent leakage for the profiled color steel sheets rolled in the construction site. Generally, the length of the profiled color steel sheets rolled in factories should be within 12 meters due to transportation restrictions.
The quality requirement and allowable dimension tolerance of the moulded coloured steel sheet should conform to the requirements of the Code for Design and Construction of Pressed Metal Plate (YBJ216-88).
Technical parameters of profiled coloured steel plate
The ratio of plate deflection to span should meet the following limits:
Roof panel: roof slope less than 5% 1/300
Roof gradient (> 5% 1/250)
Fire Resistance Limit of Single Layer Profiled Colored Steel Plate: 15 min
Type classification of profiled coloured steel plate:
Hih Wave Plate: Pressed Colored Steel Plate with Wave Height greater than 70mm
ow Wave Plate: Pressed Colored Steel Plate with Wave Height Less than or equal to 70mm
Connection Mode of Pressed Colored Steel Plate
Fixed with connectors or fasteners on purlins or wall beams.
Longitudinal Connection of Pressed Colored Steel Plate
The longitudinal overlap of profiled coloured steel plate shall be located at purlin or wall beam, and both plates shall extend to supporting members. The lapping length is 350 mm for high wave roof panel, 250 mm for low wave roof panel whose slope is less than 10%, 200 mm for low wave roof panel whose slope is more than 10%, and 120 mm for wallboard. When the roof is lapped, the sealant tape should be installed between the slab joints.
Cross Connection of Pressed Colored Steel Plate
The transverse lapping direction of profiled color steel plate should be consistent with the dominant wind direction, and the lapping direction should be no less than one wave. The overlap part is provided with long sealing tape.
