2. The consumption procedure of color coating is divided into pre-treatment of base material, chemical conversion film (non organic metal coating), organic non-metal coating. In addition, some consumption lines also have post coating process.
Pretreatment of base material: if galvanized steel plate as base material does not directly enter a color coating process after consumption, it may present rust (white rust), dust and other pollution during transportation. If you can't get rid of these,
it will affect the quality and effect of color coating. The quality of waste products and all physical and chemical properties are closely related to the pre-treatment. In addition, after galvanizing consumption, oil is applied for rust prevention, and
these oils are also prepared in the color coating consumption line. Now, alkali solution degreasing method is widely used as the pre-treatment method.
4. Chemical conversion film: it has two functions: one is to further improve the antirust ability;
the other is to improve the adhesion between the base material and the coating, and improve the coating performance of the base plate. Generally, there are three steps: first, phosphating, forming a large number of crystals on the surface of the metal,
and then making a phosphate film on the surface of the metal with the phosphate solution; second, passivating and sealing, there are still some holes in the phosphate film, using chromate to produce chemical reaction with the hole points, forming a maintenance
film. The third is pure water washing, using desalinated or deionized water washing to passivate the liquid.
5. Organic oating: organic coating is divided into primer and finish. The primer is not highly requested and can be applied in sequence.
However, in order to ensure the safety of consumption, the primer and finish are generally applied in reverse. After coating process: after coating process includes printing, embossing, peelable maintenance film, lamination, etc., which increases the
decoration and maintenance performance of color steel plate. In addition, some of the foreign coating processes are leveling and straightening processes used in cold rolling and galvanizing consumer lines.
