2主要特点
本产品为无磷环保生态粉状脱脂剂,从根本上消除了磷污染,同时也不含硅酸盐、氯化物、亚硝酸盐、铬酸盐等有毒有害物质,成功实现了环保与处理质量的统一。
本产品具有良好的导电性、去钝化膜性能和优异的溶解、分散、皂化、乳化、润湿、洗涤性能。它不仅可用于电解脱脂,也可用于化学脱脂。

4准备和维护方法
4.1制备方法:向脱脂罐中加入去离子水或约三分之二的自来水,加热至35~50℃,然后按配制浓度(一般为2~3%)加入卷材涂料664条脱脂剂,加入时搅拌,待完全溶解后加水至工作液位,最后加热到工作温度。请注意,最好用去离子水制备。
4.2槽液浓度控制方法:一般只需将游离碱度控制在额定值的±5%以内即可。根据彩涂板或彩涂带钢中无机污染物的种类,确定合适的游离碱度值。加入方法为1立方米浴液,加入0.6kg脱脂剂可使游离碱度提高1分左右。
4.3配制浓度与游离碱度的关系:在彩涂板或彩涂带钢的处理中,脱脂剂的配制浓度由无机污染物的种类、处理时间、处理温度、处理设备等因素决定。香河销售代表将根据具体情况提出建议。
4.4镀液的维护方法:随着彩涂板或带钢镀锌的生产,脱脂镀液会逐渐积聚油脂和污垢。当镀液污染到一定程度时,必须定期丢弃。当然,连续溢流或自动溢流装置也可用于动态废物管理。采用总碱度和游离碱度的比值控制方法,可以判断脱脂槽液的污染程度。一般来说,随着脱脂剂的加入,罐液的总碱度会逐渐增大,总碱度与游离碱度的比值也会增大。一般情况下,当比值大于或等于2.2时,应丢弃。但是,最大值与彩色涂层板或带材的材料、金属表面固体杂质的类型和处理温度有关。具体最大值由香河销售代表和用户共同确定。

This product is a non phosphorus environmental protection and ecological powdery degreaser, which fundamentally eliminates phosphorus pollution, and also has no toxic and harmful substances such as silicate, chloride, nitrite, chromate, etc., successfully realizing the unity of environmental protection and treatment quality.
This product has good conductivity, removal of passive film performance and excellent dissolution, dispersion, saponification, emulsification, wetting, washing performance. It can be used not only for electrolytic degreasing, but also for chemical degreasing.

4. Preparation and maintenance methods
4.1 preparation method: add deionized water or about two thirds of tap water into the degreasing tank and heat it to 35 ~ 50 ℃, then add coil coating 664 strip degreasing agent according to the preparation concentration (generally 2 ~ 3%), and stir it while adding, add water to the working liquid level after it is completely dissolved, and finally heat it to the operating temperature. Note that it is best to prepare with deionize water.
4.2 control method of bath solution concentration: generally, it only needs to control the free alkalinity within ± 5% of the rated value. The establishment of the rated value determines the appropriate free alkalinity value according to the type of inorganic pollutants in the color coated plate or strip steel. The adding method is 1 cubic meter of bath solution, adding 0.6kg degreasing can increase the free alkalinity by about 1 point.
4.3 relationship between preparation concentration and free alkalinity: the preparation concentration of degreasing agent is determined by the type of inorganic pollutants, treatment time, treatment temperature, treatment equipment and other factors in the treatment of color coated plate or strip steel. 4.4 maintenance method of bath solution: the degreasing bath solution will gradually accumulate grease and dirt with the production of color coated sheet or strip steel galvanizing. When the bath solution is polluted to a certain extent, it must be discarded regularly. Of course, continuous overflow or automatic overflow device can also be used for dynamic waste management. The ratio control method of total alkalinity and free alkalinity can be used to judge the pollution degree of degreasing tank liquid. Generally speaking, with the addition of degreasing agent, the total alkalinity of tank liquid will gradually increase, and the ratio of total alkalinity to free alkalinity will also increase. Generally, when the ratio is greater than or equal to 2.2, it should be discarded. However, the maximum value is related to the material of the color coated plate or strip, the type of solid impurities on the metal surface, and the treatment temperature.
