If the amount of glue is too large, a thicker adhesive layer will be formed, which is a waste of adhesive. On the other hand, it is unable to make the plate and steel plate contact and bond, and the formed adhesive layer is easy to crack
reaction time of black and white glue is greatly affected by temperature. When the temperature rises, the reaction time of black and white glue will obviously accelerate, and the vehicle speed will increase correspondingly. When the temperature drops,
the reaction time of black and white glue will obviously decrease. At this time, it is necessary to add some catalyst to the white rubber to achieve the appropriate production speed.
4. The bonding effect of adhesive has a very obvious relationship
with the moisture content in the air and the board. When the water content in the air or in the board increases (especially in cloudy days and rainy seasons), water will consume a large number of isocyanate groups in the black glue, increase the hydroxyl
group, and increase the viscosity of the corresponding black glue, resulting in uneven drop, imbalance of black and white glue ratio, and reducing the bonding strength.
