金属材料的损伤主要有三种形式:断裂、磨损和腐蚀。在这三种形式中,腐蚀是对金属最复杂和破坏性最大的。由于金属腐蚀发生在金属与环境(介质)的同一界面上,并产生化学或电化学反应,因此金属防腐研究是其他材料防腐研究中较为困难的一个。

金属材料系列的腐蚀分类通常包括以下子类别:
(1) 根据腐蚀环境:干腐蚀和湿腐蚀;
(2) 根据腐蚀机理:化学腐蚀、电化学腐蚀和物理腐蚀;
(3) 根据腐蚀形式的类型:点蚀、应力腐蚀断裂;
(4) 金属材料:“金属手册”中常见和实用的金属。
(5) 根据适用范围:实际上是根据腐蚀环境分类的特殊应用。
金属的防腐现象主要指上述(1)点和(2)点。第(1)点的干腐蚀属于化学机制,而湿腐蚀属于电化学机制。第(3)点至第(5)点属于第(1)点和第(2)点的进一步分类。彩涂板的防腐机理是通过涂层将基体与腐蚀介质隔离,防止基体表面发生化学或电化学反应。因此,我们最后研究的防腐问题应分为涂层钢板基体表面的化学腐蚀和电话腐蚀。

(2) 结构设计时尽量避免裂缝、凹坑等易积水、腐蚀的地方,应避免断裂;
(3) 改变成分,加入缓蚀剂,抑制腐蚀过程;
(4) 包装前应进行防锈处理。储存期间保持干燥和清洁:
(5) 采用表面保护涂层

The damage of metal materials is mainly in three forms: fracture, wear and corrosion. Among the three forms, corrosion is the most complex and destructive to metal. The anti-corrosion phenomenon of metals mainly refers to points (1) and (2) mentioned above. The dry corrosion in point (1) belongs to the chemical mechanism, while the wet corrosion belongs to the electrochemical mechanism. Points (3) to (5) belong to the further classification of points (1) and (2). The anti-corrosion mechanism of color coated plate is to isolate the substrate from the corrosion medium by coating, Prevent chemical or electrochemical reactions on the substrate surface. Based on the abov metal corrosion mechanism, people have been looking for effective metal corrosion control methods. After long-term practice, the following measures have been basically formed;
(1) When selecting metal materials, select those resistant to atmospheric corrosion as far as possible;
(2) During structural design, try to avoid cracks, pits and other places that are easy to accumulate water and cause corrosion, which should be fracture;
(3) Change the composition and add corrosion inhibitor to inhibit the corrosion process;
(4) Rust proof treatment shall be conducted before packaging. Keep dry and clean during storage:
