锌灰的明显现象是细渣带在铝锌板表面沿纵向形成条状或点状夹杂物,属轻微缺陷,但其发生频率高于其它缺陷。

其形成原因是:锌灰是由炉头锌层的浮渣和炉头空腔中凝结的固态锌渣产生的。这些锌渣落在带钢表面,带钢通过锌锅沉辊会产生线性的轻微压痕,或沿铝锌板表面钢渣带的纵向形成带状或点状夹杂物,从而产生锌灰缺陷。
镀铝锌板表面锌粉的成因及控制
控制措施如下:
一。优质炉头氮气增湿系统
增湿系统可提高露点温度,使锌蒸气在锌液表面形成保护膜,抑制锌液的连续蒸发。露点温度控制不当,水汽过多会产生缺陷。因此,在实际生产中应确定炉头的最佳露点温度。
2。炉头锌渣的清理
1) 每班2-3次,用专用的渣勺清理炉头浮渣。
2) 在炉头增加锌渣吸收去除装置,通过风机将外部热风吹入密闭炉头。
3) 利用停机时间减少锌罐。炉头锌位露出后,用手清除炉渣。
三。带钢入炉温度控制
严格控制钢带进入锌锅的温度,由于钢带温度超过锌液的20℃,不仅会提高锌锅的温度,还会增加锌渣的量。

The formation reason is: the zinc ash is produced by the dross of the zinc level at the furnace nose and the solid zinc slag condensed in the furnace nose cavity. These zinc slag fall on the surface of the strip steel, and the strip steel will produce a linear slight indentation through the zinc pot sink roll, or the strip or spot inclusions will be formed along the longitudinal direction of the strip steel slag belt on the surface of the aluminum zinc plate, so as to produce zinc ash defects.
Cause of formation and control of zinc dust on the surface of aluminized zinc plate
The control measures are as follows:
1. Nitrogen humidification system of excellent furnace nose
The humidification system can increase the dew point temperature, and make the zinc vapor form a protective film on the surface of the zinc liquid to inhibit the continuous evaporation of the zinc liquid. When the dew point temperature is not properly controlled, too much water vapor may produce defects. Therefore, the best dew point temperature of furnace nose should be determined in practice.
2. Cleaning of zinc slag in furnace nose
1) Make a special slag scoop and clean the scum in the furnace nose 2-3 times per shift.
2) Add a zinc slag absorption and removal device in the furnace nose, and blow the external hot air into the closed furnace nose through the fan.
3) Use the shutdown time to reduce the zinc pot. After the zinc level at the furnace nose is exposed, manually remove the slag.
3. Temperature control of strip steel entering the boiler
Strictly control the temperature of the strip into the zinc pot, because the temperature of the strip exceeds 20 ℃ of the zinc liquid, not only the temperature of the zinc pot will be increased, but also the amount of zinc slag will be increased.
