彩钢印刷板屋面渗漏的解决办法：
1、 铆钉漏水的维修方法：
阳光2000Pa单组分防水胶涂刷4遍，厚度约1.5mm，直径约Φ60mm。下一次涂刷的涂料不应粘手，下一次涂刷的涂料直径应比第一次涂刷的直径大Φ15mm，中厚圆内较薄。
2、 接缝漏水修补方法：
一。小缝修补方法：
① 接缝两端可采用单组分防水胶，宽度为60mm，日照为2000Pa，相邻接缝处不采用宽度为20mm的防水胶。
② 无纺布（或玻璃纤维布），宽150 mm，粘贴在涂有阳光的2000Pa防水胶上。
③ 在无纺布或玻璃纤维布上刷三次。最后一块的宽度比前一块宽50毫米，厚度约为1.8毫米。后道涂料应多次涂刷，不得粘手。
2。板接头大修理方法：
① 可填充dm-600密封胶Pu
② 接缝两端涂60mm宽日光2000Pa单组分防水胶，接缝附近不涂20mm。
③ 无纺布或玻璃纤维布，150 mm宽，粘贴在涂有阳光的2000帕防水粘合剂上。
④ 在粘贴的布上刷三遍阳光2000Pa单组分防水胶。刷涂时，第二层宽度应比前一层宽50 mm，厚度约为1.8 mm。第二道漆的厚度应为中间漆的厚度，两边的厚度应薄，后一道漆不得粘手。阳光2000Pa单组分防水胶，距接缝20 mm不涂。
⑤ 无纺布或玻璃纤维布，150 mm宽，粘贴在涂有阳光的2000帕防水粘合剂上。
⑥ 在粘贴的布上刷三遍阳光2000Pa单组分防水胶。刷涂时，第二层宽度应比前一层宽50 mm，厚度约为1.8 mm。第二道漆的厚度应为中间漆的厚度，两边的厚度应薄，后一道漆不得粘手。

The coating applied for the next time shall not stick to the hand, and the diameter of the coating applied for the next time shall be Φ 15mm larger than that applied for the first time, which is thin in the middle thick circle.
2、 Repair method of water leakage at joint:
1. Small joint repair method:
① One component waterproof adhesive with a width of 60mm and a sunlight of 2000Pa can be applied at both ends of the joint, and the joint adjacent to the joint is not applied with a width of 20mm.
② Non woven fabric (or glass fiber cloth), 150 mm wide, pasted on 2000Pa waterproof adhesive coated with sunlight.
③ Brush on the non-woven fabric or glass fiber cloth for three times. The width of the last one is 50 mm wider than the previous one and the thickness is about 1.8 mm. The later coating shall be applied more than one time without sticking hands.
2. Large repair method of plate joint:
① It can be filled with dm-600 sealer Pu sealant
② Apply 60mm wide sunlight 2000Pa single component waterproof adhesive at both ends of the joint, and do not apply 20mm adjacent to the joint.
③ Nonwoven or glass fiber cloth, 150 mm wide, pasted on 2000Pa waterproof adhesive coated with sunlight.
④ Brush three times of sunlight 2000Pa single component waterproof adhesive on the pasted cloth. When brushing, the width of the second coat shall be 50 mm wider than that of the previous one, and the thickness shall be about 1.8 mm. The thickness of the second coat shall be the thickness of the middle coat and the thickness of both sides shall be thin, and the later coat shall not stick to the hand. Sunlight 2000Pa single component waterproof adhesive, 20 mm adjacent to the joint is not applied.
⑤ Nonwoven or glass fiber cloth, 150 mm wide, pasted on 2000Pa waterproof adhesive coated with sunlight.
⑥ Brush three times of sunlight 2000Pa single component waterproof adhesive on the pasted cloth. When brushing, the width of the second coat shall be 50 mm wider than that of the previous one, and the thickness shall be about 1.8 mm. The thickness of the second coat shall be the thickness of the middle coat and the thickness of both sides shall be thin, and the later coat shall not stick to the hand.
