彩涂板生产VOCs废气治理方法

彩涂板生产线的废气处理方面,客户往往采用多种方法,如直接燃烧法、液体吸收法、蜂窝活性炭吸附法、光催化氧化法等VOCs气体在线监测设备。

光催化氧化法由于不产生二次污染而得到广泛应用,但如果废气浓度较高,该设备的处理效率不高,一般在50~80%之间;彩涂板生产线液体吸收法的净化效率也取决于废气的浓度。处理效率一般在60~70%之间。这种方法存在二次污染的问题。
针对彩涂线、喷涂生产加工过程中的废气处理,根据多家客户的现场实际设计,选用吸附-解吸催化燃烧设备进行处理。该方法可以处理高浓度、大风量、连续喷涂的工作环境。当达到设计风量时,处理效率在90~97%之间。
其处理工艺原理是:将收集的废气首先引入装有活性炭纤维的前滤箱。彩涂板生产线大量微孔结构的活性炭纤维能快速捕获废气分子,吸附大部分废气,然后通过高碘值的蜂窝状活性炭进入吸附解吸催化燃烧设备进行二次吸附,吸附后的废气进入催化区,催化区温度在260~320之间,可将废气充分分解为二氧化碳、水蒸气等无害成分,再由离心风机引入15m烟囱排放。
除上述工艺外,还可选用浓缩沸石转轮设备对VOCs彩色涂装线废气进行处理。主要是根据现场客户的实际情况,检测废气浓度,确定风量,确定废气处理设备的型号。只有这样,制定的方案才能有效,才能保证长期使用后排放达标。

This method can deal with the working environment with high concentration, large air volume and continuous painting. When the designed air volume is met, the treatment efficiency is between 90 ~ 97%.
The treatment process principle is: the collected waste gas is first introduced into the front filter box, which is equipped with activated carbon fiber. A large number of microporous structures of activated carbon fiber can quickly capture waste gas molecules, adsorb most of the waste gas, and then enter the adsorption desorption catalytic combustion equipment for secondary adsorption through honeycomb activated carbon with high iodine value, and the adsorbed waste gas is introduced into the catalytic area, The temperature of the catalytic zone is between 260 ~ 320, which can fully decompose the waste gas into harmless components such as carbon dioxide and water vapor, and then be introduced into the 15m chimney by centrifugal fan for emission.
In addition to the process described above, concentrated zeolite runner equipment can also be selected for VOCs color coating line waste gas treatment. It is mainly necessary to detect the waste gas concentration, determine the air volume and determine the model of waste gas treatment equipment according to the actual situation of customers on site. Only in this way can the formulated scheme be effective and ensure that the emission can reach the standard after long-term use.
