现今国产彩钢卷批发走势

彩钢卷即彩涂钢板，是在生产线上经过脱脂、磷化等连续化学转移涂层处理后，在带钢表面涂覆有机涂层而成的产品。它也是一种复合材料，既有传统钢材的特点，又有有机材料的特点。它不仅具有传统钢材的机械强度和易成型性能，还具有有机材料优良的装饰性和耐腐蚀性。

虽然彩钢卷的性能优势明显，用途广泛，各行各业对彩钢卷的需求仍在增加，但国内彩钢卷的批发量仍不理想，与近年来国外彩钢卷相比增长速度不明显，竞争压力太大，价格优势不明显，主要问题是国产彩钢卷还存在以下问题。
一。目前消耗量最大的建筑材料用热镀锌钢板生产能力虽然很大，但缺乏锌合金镀层钢卷、无锌平板热镀锌钢卷等优良基材；
2。我国涂料的品种和质量不能完全满足需求，大多依赖进口。高成本是大多数彩钢板生产企业无法降价，竞争力大大降低。有膜彩板所需的塑料薄膜仍依赖进口，缺少涂层厚、功能性强、强度高、色彩丰富的高档彩板；
三。 彩钢卷产品缺乏标准化，造成资源严重浪费。生产能力低于4万吨/年的低产能单位太多，产品质量和环境资源保护存在问题。四。我国新的彩涂机组太多，远远超出市场需求，导致很多彩涂机组开工率低，甚至停产。
彩钢卷工业技术不断发展。国内彩钢生产企业只有紧跟先进技术步伐，不断提高自身水平，改进生产工艺，才能稳定这一领域的低温，增加国内各行业彩钢卷的批发需求。

2. The variety and quality of domestic coatings can't meet the demand completely, and most of them rely on imports. The high cost is that most of the color steel plate manufacturers can't reduce the price, and their competitiveness is greatly reduced. The plastic film needed for the color plate with film still depends on imports, lacking the high-grade color plate with thick coating, functionality, high strength and rich colors;
3. The lack of standardization of products results in serious waste of resources. There are too many low-capacity units with a production capacity of less than 40000 tons / year, and there are problems in product quality and environmental resource protection. 4. There are too many new color coating units in China, far exceeding the market demand, resulting in low operating rate of many color coating units, and even shutdown.
