应如何控制900型彩钢板生产气刀高度和生产彩钢板薄镀层?

气刀的高度必须根据生产线的速度来确定。因为生产线的速度越高,所输送的锌就越多。因此,在相同的镀锌量下,生产线的速度越高,气体压力必须越高 此时,应提高风刀的高度,以避免锌液飞溅。在同一生产线速度下,锌含量越高,气刀压力越低,可适当降低气刀高度。 如果锌锅温度较低,镀层凝固较快,必须尽量降低风刀高度,以保证风刀的作用点低于边缘开始形成产品的高度,防止边缘过度镀锌。 薄型涂料生产中应注意以下几个问题:

 (1) 锌锅中铝含量一般控制在0.8%-0.9%之间。 

(2) 气刀间隙应适当缩小,一般控制在中间0.6-0.8mm,两端1.1-1.4mm; 

(3) 气刀与带钢之间的距离应尽量减小,以免产生划伤。因此,必须采取措施降低带钢的振动,改善带钢的形状; 

(4) 在设计中,应合理选择大功率风刀风机,最大限度地降低管道阻力损失,做到少转弯、短距离。

 (5) 如有可能,应采取空气加热措施。 

(6) 如有可能,适当降低生产线速度。 

生产厚涂层时应注意以下几个问题 

(1) 锌液温度为650~700℃;

 (2) 降低锌锅中铝含量,提高锌液粘度0.16%; 

(3) 设置侧挡板装置,防止边厚; 

(4) 增加稳定辊前的推力,调整出锌锅后带钢的平整度; 

(5) 为了加速锌锅外厚锌层的冷凝,通过平衡截面降低钢人锌锅温度,消除芯热; 

(6) 气刀距离:40mm(气刀距带钢20mm); 

(7) A刀口间隙:刃口2.5mm,中间1.5mm,刃口2.5mm。 The height of the air knife must be determined according to the speed of the production line. If the temperature of zinc pot is low and the coating solidifies quickly, the height of air knife must be reduced as much as possible to ensure that the action point of air knife is lower than the height of starting to form products at the edge, so as to prevent over galvanizing at the edge.
Attention should be paid to the following problems in the production of thin coating:
(1) The aluminum content in zinc pot is generally controlled in the range of 0,8% - 0.9%.
(2) The gap of air knife should be reduced properly, which is generally controlled at 0.6-0.8mm in the middle and 1.1-1.4mm at both ends;
(3) The distance between the air knife and the strip steel should be reduced to the greatest extent, so that no scratch will be produced. Therefore, measures must be taken to reduce the vibration of the strip and improve the shape of the strip;
(4) In the design, the high-power air knife fan should be selected properly, and the pipeline resistance loss should be reduced to the greatest extent, so as to achieve less turning and short distance.
(5) Air heating measures should be adopted when possible.
(6) If possible, reduce the production line speed appropriately.
The following problems should be paid attention to when producing thick coating
(1) The temperature of liquid zinc is 650 - 700 ℃;
(2) Reduce the aluminum content in the zinc pot and increase the viscosity of zinc solution by 0.16%;
(3) Put the side baffle device to prevent thick edge;
(4) Increase the thrust in front of the stabilizing roll to adjust the flatness of the strip after it is discharged from the zinc pot;
(5) In order to accelerate the condensation of the thick zinc layer out of the zinc pot, the temperature of the steel man zinc pot is reduced and the core heat is eliminated through the equilibrium section;
(6) Air knife distance: 40mm (distance between air knife and strip steel is 20mm);
(7) A knife gap: edge 2.5mm, middle 1.5mrn, edge 2.5mm.
