1.彩涂板辊涂室衣着应严格要求

(1)安全帽的绳子要系紧;
(2)工作服的所有钮扣系好、袖口钮扣系紧，不能把衣袖卷起，不能穿缺纽扣的衣服;

(3)不能系各种类型的领带;(4)不能穿钉底鞋。

2.彩涂板辊涂室生产操作安全守则
(1)辊涂室内地面和空间应保持干净;
(2)发现料盘或辊面有污物时，不能采取用手抹擦的办法处理;(3)不能用手直接清除已涂钢带表面的杂物;
(4一切有产生火花的作业，禁止带一切易燃物
(5 彩涂板辊涂室通风系动。产间，涂室门窗应关闭，防止可燃气体外逸;
(6)测量湿膜厚度要采用湿膜仪，不准用手感测量法;
